Our Workflow
Customers can schedule over the phone, or in person. During this process, they provide details about their vehicle and the services they need, and select a convenient date and time.
At the scheduled time, customer brings his vehicle to the shop. A service advisor reviews the vehicle's condition, notes any visible issues, and confirms the planned services with the customer.
The vehicle undergoes a thorough diagnostic and inspection process. Technicians use specialized tools to identify any underlying problems and assess the overall condition of the car.
Customers can schedule over the phone, or in person. During this process, they provide details about their vehicle and the services they need, and select a convenient date and time.
Once approved, the vehicle is moved to the repair bay where experienced technicians perform the necessary work. The duration varies with the job's complexity. We also provide in-progress videos for our clients.
After repairs are completed, the vehicle undergoes a quality control check. Technicians test-drive the vehicle and inspect all repairs to ensure everything is functioning correctly and meets safety standards.
Customers are notified that their vehicle is ready for pickup. At this point, they can review the completed work, ask questions, and settle the final invoice before taking their vehicle home.
