Our Service Process Explained
Our Workflow
Contact Us

Customers can schedule over the phone, or in person. During this process, they provide details about their vehicle and the services they need, and select a convenient date and time.

Vehicle Drop-Off

At the scheduled time, customer brings his vehicle to the shop. A service advisor reviews the vehicle's condition, notes any visible issues, and confirms the planned services with the customer.

Car Diagnostic

The vehicle undergoes a thorough diagnostic and inspection process. Technicians use specialized tools to identify any underlying problems and assess the overall condition of the car.

Customer Approval

Serving Los Angeles since 1976. From BMW and Porsche to Ferrari, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce - we handle what other shops won't.

Repair or Maintenance

Once approved, the vehicle is moved to the repair bay where our skilled technicians perform the necessary work. The duration varies with the job's complexity. We also provide in-progress videos for our clients.

Repair Quality Control

After repairs are completed, the vehicle undergoes a quality control check. Technicians test-drive the vehicle and inspect all repairs to ensure everything is functioning correctly and meets safety standards.

Notification and Pickup

Customers are notified that their vehicle is ready for pickup. At this point, they can review the completed work, ask questions, and settle the final invoice before taking their vehicle home.

Follow-Up and Post-Service

Our manager may follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the service. They might offer reminders for future maintenance and provide any necessary documentation for warranty purposes.
