Our Workflow
Customers can schedule over the phone, or in person. During this process, they provide details about their vehicle and the services they need, and select a convenient date and time.
At the scheduled time, customer brings his vehicle to the shop. A service advisor reviews the vehicle's condition, notes any visible issues, and confirms the planned services with the customer.
The vehicle undergoes a thorough diagnostic and inspection process. Technicians use specialized tools to identify any underlying problems and assess the overall condition of the car.
Customers can schedule over the phone, or in person. During this process, they provide details about their vehicle and the services they need, and select a convenient date and time.
Once approved, the vehicle is moved to the repair bay where experienced technicians perform the necessary work. The duration varies with the job's complexity. We also provide in-progress videos for our clients.
After repairs are completed, the vehicle undergoes a quality control check. Technicians test-drive the vehicle and inspect all repairs to ensure everything is functioning correctly and meets safety standards.
Customers are notified that their vehicle is ready for pickup. At this point, they can review the completed work, ask questions, and settle the final invoice before taking their vehicle home.

Our priority is to provide you with quality auto body repairs and get your vehicle back on the road quickly and safely.
Factory Quality Paint
We paint using BASF Glasurit, because it’s simply the best available, which is why it’s used by the world’s finest automobile manufacturers, including Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Porsche, BMW, and Ferrari. Our colors are all mixed and measured to the exact factory formulas. Sometimes, because of sun and age, paint shades can change over time.
With the aid of a cutting-edge computerized spectrometer, we will perform a scan of a paint sample from your vehicle, and can adjust the formula for a flawless match. During our preparation procedures and painting, we sand and polish using a 7-step finishing process, which results in an extremely deep shine, eliminating all orange peel, and often producing a higher quality paint finish than was done by the original manufacturer.
Free Ceramic Coating
Additionally, we provide ceramic coating protection (free of charge) to all vehicles that we paint. We do this after the paint has been fully cured, a minimum of one month after the repair has been completed. We schedule your ceramic paint protection when you pick up your vehicle, and once it’s applied and properly maintained, will last for a lifetime.
