“I drive a Mustang…and yes, I know this business has the word “European” in their name and therefore you may be wondering why is this person taking their car to a place called European Auto Service? A friend referred me to this business a while back as I didn’t want to go back to Ford. You know how it is…you need a recommendation for a solid Auto Mechanic. I took my car in last week it was running like s***, just awful to drive. She is a 17 year old analog car no fancy electronics. John and his team (Angel and Gil) took care of everything and now it is seriously like driving a new car!!!
I don’t know how long I was driving this car in this state…probably way too long. They worked some crazy magic over there and I am so, so happy!!! So…even though they specialize in European automobiles they can take care of anything, even an old Mustang :). Trustworthy, hard working…solid…European Auto Service did the business! “I literally can not say enough kind words about John and EAS. I hit a pothole and the MINI dealership quoted me $7k to fix it. I called EAS and told John what the dealership said and he determined he’d likely be able to take care of it for half that price by repairing, rather than unnecessarily replacing some of the parts. Imagine my surprise when he called me to tell me it would actually be HALF of that.
EAS not only saved me $5k, but they went above and beyond by detailing and taking out all of the cosmetic scratches on my car.

“My husband and I are big fans and EAS is now our go to mechanic.
I recently purchased my lease return (thanks to John’s assessment) and my husband has a vehicle that is hitting the 10 year mark so between the two of us, we’ve been to EAS a few times now.
He actually found EAS because they work on his 10 year old brand of vehicle which is not the most common car make. And my husband wanted to try out someone else after taking his car in to the dealer for the 10 year tune up and then having a hose blow a week later… Said hose was going to cost over $2500 at the dealership and John replaced it for a fraction. When my car came due for the lease return, he told me to bring it to John for an assessment before committing to purchase so i did just that…”

He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional at what he does and is a person you can fully trust to tell you what’s wrong with your car and more. I brought my Fiat in after noticing my coolant gauge kept reading high. What took 3 days for the dealership to determine was the problem took just 5 minutes of John inspecting under the hood – he truly is a gifted expert. He’s very communicative on what work your car needs addressed immediately and in the near future, he’s also in close communication while your car is being repaired on. I had an engine leak, damaged coolant hose, brake vacuum pump and valve cover gasket replaced at an affordable price done with quality work. I highly recommend his business for any issues you’re having with your European car, 5 stars!”

“Great experience! I live in OC but come up every week to the Valley to see my girlfriend, so I needed to find a spot to get an oil change done. I went with the place that had great Yelp reviews which is why I made an appointment at this spot. John met me and did a quick walk around my car to look at the brakes and then engine to look at the timing belt ext. When my Audi A6 was done (within an hour) John met me again to say everything looked great and thanked me for stopping in.
